Shon Lorg, Business Development Manager

Photo of Shon Lorg, Business Development ManagerPrimarily focuses on Business Development. He is responsible for the long term growth of the organization. He has been active in the investment and management of real estate since 1995. Shon Is currently pursuing his Residential Management Professional (RMP) with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and was previously licensed as a Mortgage Broker in the state of Texas. He holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Business Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). In his spare time he is an active community volunteer and loves spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Klepac, General Manager

In her time working in the multi-family industry she obtained her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification. She is a licensed Real Estate agent & her experience and background has allowed her to quickly excel managing single family properties. Outside of work Rebecca very much enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Adrian Dukes, Leasing Manager

He holds a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas. His passion to help and growing interest in real estate led him to a summer job that helped shape his future in real estate. Upon obtaining his degree, Adrian relocated to Austin to start his career and earn his real estate license. Adrian now has over 4 years’ experience in real estate ranging from property management and business operations to leasing and sales. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering and traveling.

Will Buckner, Facilities Supervisor

Will Buckner has just arrived from the Washington DC metropolitan area; he has nearly 5 years of experience in Property Management. He holds a Bachelor Degree in History from Christopher Newport University and is currently pursuing a license in Residential Property Management. Dedicated and determined, Will has made a personal commitment to continue to sharpen and expand his knowledge about Residential Property Management by constantly seeking out opportunities to learn trends in the market, not just locally, but on a national basis. Will began his career as a Leasing agent and quickly worked his way up to the position of Property Manager. From there, Will received another promotion to become the Marketing Specialist for one of the fastest growing residential real estate developments in the Washington DC metropolitan area, all within a period of just 6 months.

Will Buckner is, without question, an expert in customer service and a stand out marketing enthusiast. Outside of work Will loves to coordinate and attend social events and his interests are hiking, boating, weight training, tennis and travel.
